Posted August 22, 2016 Parts have arrived...... Have drilled out the FC to fit over the plastic standoffs worked out wiring for Esc to FC. have tried to keep things as neat as possible considering i have the time as still waiting on parts. started wiring the receiver and found i had ordered the shit version....... Cheers SYN!! - more waiting but all good things take time. Have mounted the Swift FPV Cam into the top part of the frame, have found it easier to pull apart by undoing 8 screws and leaving certain things in place (See Photo). plan to wire everything up so it can be easily worked on, making it easier to add things as i progress. Still waiting on the UBEC and the Pigtail so this is as far as i can go without more goodies.. Hurry Up Banggood!!! Cheers..

Posted August 23, 2016 Question for you if i may. Is it best to remove the heat shrink from the VTX to let the heat disperse or not worth worrying about?

Keep it covered up. They keep cool when you fly. 1 person likes this
Posted August 24, 2016 Wouldn't a bec be in a usb charger for a car? I dont know if theis helps its cc3d but he explains it well. go to 5 m 50 seconds
Posted August 24, 2016 Pigtail arrived today and wired up the fpv system looking good just need the receiver now and i'm in the air. Also got around the lack of standoff with some screw plugs cut to size and filed out to fit nice and firm without vibration. Tip when doing Antena: put the pigtail on first before the protective plate as spanner doesn't fit in the hole to tighten up.
